Account Deletion
If you'd like to delete your Rhystic account, here's everything you need to know about the process and your data.
How to request deletion
What happens to your data
- Your account and login credentials are permanently deleted.
- You are removed from all pods you belong to.
- If you own a pod, ownership is transferred to another member. If you're the only member, the pod is deleted.
- Your game history is anonymized — your name appears as “Deleted Player” in recorded games so other players' history stays intact.
- Your decks are anonymized, though commander data is kept for aggregate statistics.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion.
What's retained
Anonymized, aggregate statistics like win rates and game counts stick around to keep historical data accurate. None of these records can be traced back to you after deletion.
Processing timeframe
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You'll get an email confirmation once everything has been deleted. Changed your mind? You can reach out any time during that window to cancel.
